Specificity: This antibody binds to the natural rubber latex allergen Hev b 6.02, Hev b 6.0202, pseudohevein, and chemically modified hevein (See Reyes-Lopez et al. 2004 & 2006) at a conformational epitope definig the N- and C-terminus of Hev b 6.02.
Application Notes: This antibody binds to Hev b 6.02 and competes with naturally occurin IgE from allergic patients.
